Santa’s Naturals began with a desire to celebrate the holiday season responsibly. The result: premium Christmas products that spark your holiday spirit.

At Santa’s Naturals, we pay careful attention to the ingredients we use. Unlike most holiday candles on the market which use paraffin wax, we are proud to use our unique soy wax and beeswax blend that is 100% petroleum-free! Fragranced with plant-based essential oils and fragrance oils, Santa’s Naturals products make any home refreshed with the Christmas holiday spirit. We produce all of our products in house at our workshop in Raleigh, NC.

We believe that companies have the power and obligation to help solve social and environmental problems. We proudly give 2% of our revenues towards doing others good.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Santa’s Naturals, we are happy to accept any unused products for a full refund or replacement. Please send your order number to info@santasnaturals.com to initiate a return.

All return requests must be made within 30 days of your order's arrival date. Items must be unused in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping. If applicable, refunds will be credited to same form of payment used. Please give us 14-21 days to process returns and refunds.

All orders leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days. When your order ships, you will receive a tracking code to track progress on your order shipment. We ship orders using USPS First Class mail, which can take 3-5 business days to arrive depending on their destination. Please be advised that shipping lead times over the holidays often experience delays, so be sure to place any orders intended for gifting as early as possible!

All Santa's Naturals candles are made in the USA with a blend of sustainably sourced soy wax and beeswax, plant-based essential oils, fine fragrance oils, and cotton-core wicks. Paraben-free, phthalate-free, petroleum-free.

For best performance, trim wick to 1/4 inch each time before burning or once your candle has cooled. Discard the snipped portion - never leave wick trimmings in the jar.

Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar during each burn to prevent tunneling.

Once the candle's gone, we hope you'll re-use it. Clean it out and you've got a new planter or storage container.

A few safety guidelines:

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always burn within sight. Burn the candle for a maximum of three hours at a time. Place candle so there is no danger of it lighting foliage or other things that catch fire. Keep children and pets away from the burning candle. Snuff out candle flame, never extinguish candles with water.

Classic (9 oz): Meant for countertops, mantles, desks – basically everywhere you need a seasonal pick-me-up. Burns for 30 hours. 3.25” in diameter and 3" in height.

Mini (3.5 oz): Our most giftable size, perfect for stuffing stockings or holiday parties. Burns for 14 hours. 2.5” in diameter and 2” in height.

Tealight: A perfect fit for any table setting. Each tealight burns for 4 hours. 1.5" in diameter and 1" in height.
